Introduction
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies are emerging as promising solutions, which have the potential to improve customer experience and in-house process automation in banks and financial institutions. In the view of growing success-rate of research and development of AI and ML based tools and technologies, the AI & ML Lab is set up to conduct applied research in the emerging areas of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies with a specific focus on the Banking and Financial domain.
Objectives
- Carry out research and development in the emerging areas of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies with a specific focus on the Banking and Financial Sector
- Develop frameworks and proof of concepts in various cutting-edge AI/ML technologies for multiple Banking and Finance use cases
- To carry out collaborative research with reputed Indian as well as international institutions
- Knowledge sharing through training programmes and CAO Forum on emerging banking use cases of AI and ML
