The quality of our students ensures that all of them are selected by the Banks and Financial Institutions. The Institute facilitates campus Placements during the Final Semester of the Programmes. The demand for IDRBTians has always been more than the number of students passing out. The Institute facilitates Placements for all the students and they are now placed at organizations such as:

As part of the Institute's placement programme, the National Payment Corporation of India and Andhra Bank visited the Institute during the first week of April 2011. In the subsequent week, Canara Bank visited the Institute for placements.

Consequent to the placement process, the NPCI selected six candidates, Andhra Bank made offers to nine candidates and Canara Bank selected 16 candidates. Some students were also placed in the IT Industry with Computer Associates, JP Morgan and TCS through the University of Hyderabad Placement Process.

The IDRBT placement process was able to achieve 95% placement for the Institute's M. Tech (IT) students.
