Collaborative Doctoral Programme with University of Hyderabad

For pursuing the Doctoral Programme in the Department of Computer and Information Science,  University of Hyderabad [UoH], the candidates will have to respond to the UoH advertisement and qualify in the admission process of UoH, after being selected as a Research Fellow at the Institute. 

The admission process of UoH, includes a Written Test followed by an Interview. As per the latest selection process, the eligibility criteria for admission into the Ph.D in Computer Science are as follows:

• M.Phil/M.Tech Degree in Computer Science or in a closely related area and Second Class Master's Degree in Computer Science or in a closely related area with at least 55% marks.

OR

• First Class M.C.A or B.E/ B.Tech Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with at least 60% marks. 

The Candidates possessing M.Tech or its equivalent in any engineering subject and M.Phil (Maths /Physics /Electronics /Computer Science) may be exempted from the Written Test.
