Annual Conference: A Conference of Chiefs of Public Sector Banks, State Bank of India and Associates is normally held at the Institute every year. This Annual Conference is normally addressed by the Governor, Reserve Bank of India, Deputy Governors of Reserve Bank of India and eminent IT experts. The CMDs of various banks also share their expereinces with technology. IDRBT's Annual Banking Technology Awards are also given away on this occasion.

The Annual Conferenence is preceded by a Conference of IT Department Chiefs of Banks. These conferences help provide the much needed strategic direction to the technology initiatives of the Banks.

International Conferences: The Institute organises International Conferences to promote exchange of knowledge, experiences, research findings and technical know-how so as to attain and sustain international standards of excellence in Banking Technology. These Conferences are focused on the SAARC countries, countries from the Southeast Asian region, Europe & the developed countries.
